1. Shipping Cost ( Free Shipping)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to destinations within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no sales tax surprises at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay in USD.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

Please note the timelines for your orders below:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checking, and packaging.
  • Transit/Shipping Time: 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery to US locations.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 8 to 16 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You will be able to track your package securely online via our store or the carrier's official tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States. We cannot guarantee successful delivery to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses) for certain product sizes.

5. Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the estimated transit time, or if the tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at info@novidone.com. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue within 2 business days.
