Return and refund policy

At Novidone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent, hassle-free 30-Day Free Return Policy for our customers in the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Free Returns (No Return Fee)

We believe in a risk-free shopping experience. Returns are  free for customers within the United States. We do not charge any restocking fees, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will not have to pay for return shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@novidone.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Wrong Products or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged products, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement immediately.

5. 10-Day Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for us to process the refund and for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
